Since I've been out of the Navy, I've been going to school at Saddleback and working at TKD. Those TKD WODs are not going to be posted. It's just the generic stuff.
I bought my own rock climbing gear (top roping) this month. I've been climbing in Ortega Falls.
Now THIS is fitness. No clinking weights and muscle heads; this is REAL mind over matter!

Started a trial at 24 hr fitness (not going to continue) it allowed me to do this WOD:
1RM snatch-------------------------- 160
1RM Clean--------------------------- 245
1RM Deadlift-------------------------340

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
15 double unders
5 wall climbs----------------------6 +10 double unders
