Climbed in Echo cliffs. 5.9's and a 10b
11Nov 15 Warmed up from V1-V4 then projected a couple of 4's and nearly completed a 5
(slight elbow pain noted)
12Nov 15 Cold water treatment in the pool followed by 100 pushups in a row
14Nov 15 Climbing at the Riverside Quarry. lead two routes 5.9 and 10a/b TR'd a 10c and projected an 11d (On TR)

18 Nov 15 4 rounds of 10 minutes on 10 min off traversing; Antagonists
20 Nov 15 Just had fun, V3's and lower at the San Clemente location. 3 sets 100 rubber band extensions
25 Nov 15 Climbed at Sender one. TR'd and lead a little in the beginning. Then ended with doubles on lead Did 4 separate sets of doubles, the first being 5.10d/9 the rest being 5.10a/9
8 sets of 100 rubber band extensions each hand (oh yeah!)
